ECHO雖然對上莊沒有豐富的經驗，但是我們會秉持着真誠友善的態度對待博騫堂的每位宿生，並以一絲不苟、腳踏實地的精神處理莊務。非以役人，乃役於人，我們望能在每個活動中竭盡所能，將精彩而美好的舍堂生活帶給各位宿生。
Although we have not obtained much experience, by acquiring a heart full of passion, we are going to relentlessly work on our duties with care so as to ensure the service provided is at its finest.
Cohesive 同舟共濟
博騫堂對於我們而言是一個溫暖的大家庭，故此我們希望能與宿生建立親密關係，鼓勵宿生參與更多舍堂活動。另外，ECHO希望能夠與宿生共同進退，互相扶持，團結一致，從而增加宿生對博騫人身份的認同感和歸屬感。
Hostel E is no different from a family to us. We would love to build a closer relationship and bonding between residents and us. We would also like to encourage active participation among residents in upcoming activities.
Heedful 細緻入微
我們會廣納雅言，細心聆聽各位宿生的意見和建議，照顧宿生需要，力求往後在處理荘務和籌辦活動方面盡心竭力，給予每位宿生一個難忘的體驗和美好的回憶，亦希望宿生能夠從中收穫溫暖。
We are going to comprehensively listen and accept the advice and suggestions made by residents. We will take care of the needs of residents by putting our utmost effort into the events that we are going to host. Through these events, residents are offered a once-in-a-lifetime and heartwarming experience.
Overcoming 乘風破浪
ECHO縱使遇到困難、挫折，必定會危而不殆，轉而不折，奮勇前進。我們希望各位宿生能陪伴我們累積勇往直前的力量，見證我們的成長。
ECHO is willing to face obstacles and tackle problems whenever needed. We hope residents will give us strength and witness our growth during our journey.
Objectives 理念
1. Green Life 綠化
綠色生活一直是博騫堂秉承的理念，也是博騫人共同傳承的文化。我們將致力推廣此文化以提高博騫人的環保意識。我們會透過籌辦不同的綠化活動例如綠化週，以宣傳環保理念和方法。我們亦會將環保理念推己及人，引領宿生在宿舍生活中發掘更多保護環境的方法及提醒宿生綠色文化對自然環境的重要性。我們相信所舉辦的相關活動能令宿生領悟到星星之火可以燎原，從而在日常生活中更關注綠色生活。
Promoting green life has always been an emphasis for Hostel E. We strive to sustain this culture in the upcoming year. We would also like to raise the environmental awareness of our residents. We would try to organize a wide variety of green activities, such as green week, in order to promote green concepts and methods. By spreading these concepts, residents will have a general idea of green life. Furthermore, they may invent more ways to sustain green life and spread out the message. We believe residents will integrate green life into their daily life.
2.Condensation 凝聚
宿舍生活是嶺大學生不可或缺的一部份，因此宿生之間的凝聚力以及對博騫堂的歸屬感都十分重要。作為博騫堂的候選宿生會，我們希望在新一年裡舉辦各式各樣的舍堂活動，為宿生提供相處和交流的機會，令宿生認識彼此，打破隔膜，認識更多志同道合的同伴。此外，我們亦希望透過活動和比賽增加宿生對博騫堂的歸屬感，使宿生更能融入博騫這個大家庭，增強宿生之間的凝聚力。
Hostels are where Lingnan students spend most of their time. Neighbours are who we meet the most in their university life. In the upcoming year, a series of activities have been planned for our fellow residents to find their hostel life fruitful and joyful as well as get familiar with each other. We strive to construct a family-like bonding between residents and portray Hostel E as a warm home for our residents, continuing to work on the legacy of the previous cabinets.
